Still having problems? If your attempt to access the Member section was still unsuccessful, one of the following reasons is the cause:

(1) Your membership application has not yet been completely processed, in which case you should use the temporary User Name provided to you immediately upon completing your payment online via PayPal.

(2) Entry is case sensitive, and you have entered your User Name (e-mail address) differently than was specified in your membership application. Try typing in your e-mail address with or without CAPS.

(3) You have changed your e-mail address. Try using the old one. Be sure to advise CSTN whenever you change your email address; you can safely use the "comments" section on the above form to do so.

(4) You have not yet joined CSTN, please review our join information.

(5) There is an error in CSTN records. Please fill in the above form, and use the "comments" box to describe the problem to Diane Redfern.
